    Where are the best beaches in the Caribbean?

    I want to go to the Caribbean for a week.
    Give me some recommendations. Best beaches?

      Not sure if Aruba is considered in the Carribean, but Aruba is spectacular.

          I just returned last week from Curaco, St. Lucia and Aruba and of the three, Aruba had the nicest white sand, clear turquiose water beaches (Palm and Eagle). Not sure about the other islands.

              they are usually right there on the edge of the islands right by the water

                  Aruba wasn't one I had thought of. I'll check it out.

                  Curacao I've been. It's nice.

                              Its been 10 years so I don't know if this info is relevant but St. Martin was beautiful back then. Its 2 countries - The french side had the bottomless "Orient beach" with snorkel reefs and the dutch side had casinos.

                              Was thinking of going back, wonder if its changed.
