The answers are all over the place, but yes if thats type-in traffic, several years easy. People forget that the big money from domains often comes from selling them, not for the daily PPC income. That site might be making $5 a day for you, but it could be the home of a developed site making several thousand a day. Not knowing what that domain name is, couldn't really tell you what it might be.Comment
