Hackers ALWAYS go after the biggest. If either of those had a larger market share they'd have MUCH more security problems.

Affiliate ease of navagating (link codes/galleries/tools):
MPA or CCBill (with that script most are using)
Trust:
CCBill & NATS
CCBill preferred if not alot of traffic/sales is being sent. If alot, it doesnt matter.
There's a few programs that I don't know the backend of, but the stats reporting for some (big programs) is shady and inconsistent. Custom scripts with no accountability can be like that.
All things equal, if the site is hot I don't care what the program uses on the backend, as long as it makes
me money.
