16 year olds are great. They just want lots of sex, and don't care about serious long term commitments and things like that. You don't have to spend time with their family, you don't have to take them out to fancy restaurants, etc. Plus, at 16, girls aren't thinking of things like children and marriage yet, they just want a good time.
