    Any betting ideas about the NHL games tonight?

    Here are my thoughts.

    parlay:

    Rangers(-1) - Penguins, rangers win
    Detroit(-1) - Calgary, detroit win

    odds: 5.52 im in for 100 bucks

      I wouldn't necesarry bet on the calgary game, but definitly on the rangers/penguins one

                      the maple leafs and lightning game was awesome last night. i went. it was so freaking crazy.

                          Here are some tips forom Trent:
                          Pens @ NY Rangers
                          - Lemieux made a trip to ny after being sidelined for a couple of games over illness
                          - Pens are 5-4-0 in Madison Square Garden since 2001, they won the first game at MSG this season as well
                          - Rangers havent played for 4 days, and might lose some momentum
                          - Pens are 4-6-3 on the road, but 2 of those 4 were agains NY teams + 1 agains t NJ
                          Not saying that Rangers dont stand a chance, but beware when betting on home in this one...

                                  Blue Jackets @ Blues
                                  - Blues dropped 7 straight at home, despite returning of Keith Tkachuk a couple of games back
                                  - Allowed at least 4 goals in last 6 home games
                                  - Lost to Jackets 3:4 in a home game on Nov, 26
                                  - Blue Jackets did a great job of shutting down Marian Gaborik in yesterdays game in St. Paul, Min, won 3:2 in shootout
                                  This is a good chance to make it 3 road wins in a row for recently struggling Jackes...

                                          The most predictable of all games tonight in my opinion.
                                          - Preds are 11-2-0 at home
                                          - Wild are 1-5-2 all-time in Nashville
                                          - Wild had a difficult game last night, falling to Blue Jackets in SO
                                          - They are nothing special on the road as well: 3-6-2
                                          I am going to take this as a banker today...
