Iraq photos for porn owner Christopher Wilson Could lose his bail.

Net porn site owner could lose bail

(November 30) Prosecutors in Florida are asking a judge to revoke bail for the operator of an Internet porn site who was arrested after it was reported that he was posting photos of Iraqi war casualties. Prosecutor Brad Copley says Christoper Wilson is required to "refrain from criminal activity" while out on bail and alleges that his website, which is still operating, is illegal. Wilson's attorney says that hasn't yet been proved.

Polk county dont play click on that article then look around that newspaper for other articles on this. They have regular people locals giving their opinion on this and they like polk county being porn free. I dont think this isnt a federal thing as Chris talks about about these people dont want porn in their county.

Thats for sure. Ever been there?? My sister lives there, and is in church 3 times a week. I think that it is the only county in the US where to churches DONT lock the doors.

I can't believe this isn't a mainstream news story in a supposedly "free country". This guy is in jail for posting pictures of US casualties.

America under the Bush regime has really let itself turn into the new Evil Empire, all the way form the restrictions on freedoms to the secret gulags. All this time I though Americans were smarter than Russians, but they have really proved me wrong. How they could let shit like this happen is way beyond me. It wouldn't fly in any other first world country. There's no way the people of Germany or Canada would let their government do this.

This has nothing to do with Bush, polk county is a evil place to do adult. Its one of the few places where they have gone after adult webmasters before.If the feds wanted him ,they would do it themselves.

Yes is fucking scary you go into a gas station no dirty mags for sale, not the place i would say hmmmm lets set up shop here. lol Especially reading that local paper that sheriff has the support of the people there to bust balls. It doesn't matter, it's supposed to be a free country. Morons can say they don't want pornographers in their area all they want, in a free country the minority is supposed to be protected from the masses.

In a lot of places a vote would show that the majority of the residents don't want blacks or gays in their areas, should they be arrested too?

Even in Tampa it can get a bit rough sometimes. I was raised there, and have seen some of the issues.

As for his site, I have never seen it, but I feel that they have violated the shit out of his rights.

Being Gay or black isnt the same as being in the porn business. Just like its your right to have a porn business its their right to kick you out of town. You are right in a perfect world you should be able to do it where ever you want but we dont live in one and there isnt a its not fair plead in court. My favorite quote in a movie:

Guys i was a Police Officer here in Orange County Florida up until March 2005 and I can remember guys I arrested for beating the hell outta their spouse or some innocent civilian for money and I even arrested a guy for felony possession of marijuana and before I even finish my paperwork those REAL CRIMINALS AND THREATS TO SOCIETY were out on the streets!!!!!!!!!!

Just because the business is legal by federal law, you still have to be legal by state, county and local city laws as well.

From what I have read, operating a porn business in Polk County is against the laws of the county.
