Any "CIA agent" you know of is no "CIA agent". If anyone told you he/she is a CIA agent (and assuming there is any truth in this), it's because that is what you are intended to think - and there are others in the background you know nothing about - in effect, a "frontend face".

If you chatted with someone employed by an intell org - another matter, but sure is not a "CIA agent" in the context portrayed.

This is not any "secret" - it's mostly well-known what terrorist orgs exist and you can even find them on the net. An individual "CIA agent" is no more qualified to make these statements than my dog (he's got good senses).
