I have a big nightmare story with them, my account with more than 200 domains was frozen, I got an email saying: your account is terminated for fraud. I will not even mention that there was no fraud on this account, I tried emailing them and calling but nobody answered and I lost all domains (quite valuable ones)
btw: I moved all domains from regfly to them, a few months before regfly crashed
