No, it wasn't a condition of payment. Having been negative against them for so long, I'd simply be a hypocrit if I didn't continue to post when something positive happened.

They paid us - that fact deserves to be recognized

No conditions at all. We haven't been iBill clients since last Sept. when the shit hit the fan. And we still don't use them.

If iBill were being run any more honestly/competently than in the past, you would not have been paid in full while others remain unpaid: all their creditors would have been repaid the same proportion of their debts.
