    Do they have black people in Ireland?

    Just wondering.

    I'm watching this orchestra thing from Ireland and everyone on stage is bright white. and everyone in the audience is white. White singers, white everything.

                                                                                                          I lived in Ireland when I was a teenager, County Cork. For the five years I was there, I only saw one black person, who was a school book salesman.

                                                                                                          Myself and this kid called Johnny were hanging about near the head nun's office (for it was a convent school) when he came in. It was all a big deal for Johhny as he had never seen a black man before and he spent the rest of the day telling people about it: 'big black head on him! the cheek of the fella!'.
