whoops i forgot one important step

make a file called radio.m3u and save the following inside it

#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:-1,We Control The Internet Now WWW.WCTIN.COM
http://yoursite.com/radio/index.php

then you can simply call your radio station as a link and it will open the radio station in winamp or whatever media player you have

heres an example radio station i created from the tutorial above
