    I am officially a BMW driving yuppie!







    I got tired of taking my fiance around all over town in the Z, so we decided to get her a car. She wanted a Beetle, but I wanted something I could drive as well, so we compromised.

    '02 541. I drove to pick it up yesterday, drove it for 300 miles back to Vegas and I fell in love with the feel. Now I can see what all the fuss is about.

    It's got the sport package with the M wheels, but I feel as if it should be riding on something a little more aesthetically pleasing.. Any suggestions?

                              Those are the E39 (what your 540 is) M5 wheels. Go with those. Low profile tires...gives the 540 an agressive look. While maintaing stock.

                                      Still have the Z of course. I just want to garage it for a bit and maybe throw a Supercharger in it for a little more unnecessary speed. The only driving I did with it was taking my fiance around, so this should really hold the miles back while retaining the value.

                                              IMO this is the supercharger you should go with... they have a complete package...

                                                                      Yup.. After many days haggling with car dealers, I decided to buy from a dealer online. The car still has factory warranty and is getting fully looked over on Wednesday. The Carfax was clean, his feedback was perfect and the transaction was smooth. We got a GREAT deal on this car and it drives like a champ.
