    Verizon FIOS 30Mb down 5Mb up $60 per month

    What a friggin deal if your eligible for FIOS

    So I was at the mall yesterday and stoped by for a FIOS demo. The slaes rep said they are running a special for only 60 bucks per month for the 1st year.

    This deal is not advertised online, You gotta call verizon and tell them you spoke to a representative about this deal at the mall.

      holy shit....i remember just a month or so ago it was 10 down and 2 up or some shit for $50.


      but i've also heard through the grapevine that optimum is about to bump up every existing costumers service up too for free

          Yea,,I had the optimum guy here 2 weeks ago to re-wire everything from the pole into the basement. The phone VOIP had been cutting out all the time. But now everything works great. I'm paying $90 for cable, internet and phone. He said the speeds are gonna double from 5/1 to 10 down 2 up real soon to compete with FIOS

                  hmmm, i always thought i was already getting 10/2

                  but i'm gonna give it a few months. also, i know a guy in verizon management who said verizon is looking to offer a video service real soon. imagine that, lol. its good to see optimum and verizon compete to give us some better pricing

                                                      fios aint available at either crib of mine. fucking sucks!!!

                                                      i have verizon dsl at one place (very shitty dsl at that), optimum at the other. I forgot where i heard it or the exact numbers to it, but i remember reading that you cant get no 30MB from a cable line.... only fiber optics can push that.
                                                      SIG TOO SMALL! Maximum 1200x600 button and no more than 30 text lines of ALL SIZES and COLORS. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 6240x4800 instead of a 1024x800.

                                                              Anyone else feel that the fios doesn't work well?

                                                              I have fios at one location and cable at another and the 4mb cable seems faster than the 15mb fios. The fios stalls like crazy.
