you are saying redsexystudio.com records are so bad that you believed someone (we wont mention who) had purchased "some content but without re-sell rights" when in fact he had in fact aquired all rights and privilages to the content (when you transfer exclusive rights not only to they have the right to do whatever but you are actually giving up your rights because by definition if you kept any rights they would not have exclusive rights)

instead of contacting him privately to clarify, instead of looking at your own records you decided to publically chastise him without any proof whatsoever.
