Then perhaps you should also clarify the condition of the sale of your domain.

Your links have never came down, and if they ever do then you have a problem. Until then there are no problems besides the ones that you are trying to make for yourself and everyone involved in this.

Not entirely correct. Zachys has refused to refund payment for the hardlinks. His basis for the refusal is that the PERMANENT hardlinks will remain after sale. So, with this understanding, the links must remain on the site even after being purchased by a new owner. And this must be a condition of sale.

You have not yet explained how another individual (Zachys) was selling hardlinks for a site that you are now selling. There is an obvious business relationship between the 2 of you that has certainly tweaked my curiousity.

Read carefully through the thread. I brought up the question of the hardlinks at the start of this thread, at 9:18 am MST. You chose to ignore this question. It was only many responses later that you decided to address the issue at 8:29 MST pm. stating that it was not you that sold the hardlinks, but instead Zachys.

The intent is not to destroy your sale, but to instead insure that my investment was not fraudelent in nature.
