You have to cut your mouth up before you can sue, so put them in your mouth with chips and let them crack your teeth or cut you. The only way you can sue is if you prove damages; without damages you won't get anything. If the thread is true and you want to sue, delete the pics and start chewing on the glass.

There might be more glass in other bags from the same lot or shipment #. Maybe go to the same store you bought them from and buy a few more bags - don't open them. Then contact the store manager, mention what you found. Let them decide what more to do at that point.

If there's additional bags with glass, and there's some in the ones you bought, you might have a better case for settlement against the company.

Good thing you didn't swallow it...damn. That'd wreck stuff on its way out the bungslide.

They'll have to take it serious. If several people report the problem and they ignore it, people will go to the press. And then the others will tell they had the same thing and were ignored as well. That's a lot worse than recalling a bunch of packets and and tell the people what happend.
