Heads up everyone, theres a legal issue going around.

For all those of you that might spider galleries, make sure you DO NOT have this gallery in your database.

We received a letter about it - the model anicia bragg was tricked into doing a photoshoot for a magasine by michael styket, who then started selling her nude photos on his website without consent - http://www.michaelstycket.com.

This guy gives everyone bad names and he must be stopped. Anacia is taking legal action against him and any sites that do not remove the content immediately.

My first post on GFY, but since two of my domain name was mentioned and a friend pointed it out...thought I would post a little First I posted this on Shemp's forum about a month ago and got some good advice there.

I run 69blue.com and Filthyblue.com - I've already contacted her lawyer and did my best to explain what a TGP is and how they work. Amazingly difficult for them to grasp the concept that people submit galleries, etc. However, after repeated contact and attempts at contact with the lawyer I got a clean bill of health from them as they couldn't find any pictures, galleries, etc. of Ms. Bragg on my site. I was more than happy to remove any pictures if they were submitted to my tgp, but they couldn't find any, I couldn't find any, so I'm kind of amazed that they linked me to this action in the first place.

Anyway, if you are listed in that list, and you happen to run a tgp...just contact her lawyer and let them find the links, etc for removal, as they couldn't find any on my site they removed me from that little hit list. I do keep an eye out for her name now and if you run a tgp I suggest you do the same and not list the galleries. It's just not worth the annoyance.

I will say this though...I was tricked into being an adult webmaster, I thought I was writing mainstream medical anatomy pages all this time. I feel so used and violated now that I'm suing everyone in adult for $5...I've retained the law firm of Sphincter, Sphincter, and Fellatio.

1. Tell her to "Go Away"
2. All further contact through attorney
3. Suggest countersuit for slander and/or libel
