1. Where does the articles come from?
They are from website like goarticles etc...they are free to republish and reprint, so you dont need to worry about the copyright problem.
2. Will Google blacklist the site for duplicate content?
Google doesn't index databases, it indexes the webpages driven by them. As long as the 10 users don't install the exact same site script with the same intro blurb, meta data, and HTML coding, it won't be duplicate content.
