Learn how to take new 'non smoke' breaks throughout the day. That was a big challenge for me to get that quick break I used cigs for without doing the cigs...I took up an interesting tea habit. |
I've got a big bag of suckers for when I really need something... I'm doing pretty well actually
Candy is my only crutch and I'm using it sparingly.
