As I said, it has to be one of those rare clearcut cases... ones where the person IS a known killer, a sick animal, and it's time to rid the world of him.
Like this Picton guy in BC, Canada for example.
The Jeffrey Dahmers of the world.
Cases where the combined evidence leaves no doubt as to who did it, and what they did.
Etc.
