Damian is full of shit. My bank stopped funding Epass and I expected to be able to solve that issue. I was wrong. I needed some in Epass and Damian spotted me. As soon as I found out I was screwed on the epass thing I asked him for an addy to send the $ to settle up and I he never got back to me on THAT issue.
It had nothing to do with checks or poverty or crack or spending it all on tranny hookers.
