Tried the vegas pimp house and vegas party house.com ... doesn't feel comfortable with a group of our size. Hey Uno ... I'm on my other icq.. hitting you up now.

Hey Mike... tim as in timbo? I asked him about it a couple months ago after the JBMShow... but he lives in a gated community and the 35-40 people ... and that was sorta pushing it.

NY_Tim ... my partner ... he bought 2 houses there this year .... just closed on one a week ago and it may not be rented by then ... the other just had someone move out .. it maybe available but i doubt it ..... they rent fast

Ah Nice. yeh that would be great if either are still sitting empty in jan. Furnished or unfurnished ... either could work out.

Furnished would be slightly better... cuz I would be able to drop a couple hotel rooms ... but if he's trying to rent them out .. they are probably unfurnished currently.

But unfurnished would be better while the party is going on ... because I wouldn't be as worried about possible damage - as it is we'll have 3 security guards there the whole time

True, but the market is slowing for sellers. I just sold 1 of my homes and that took 3 months. This house is on the market and it's taken 2 months.
