NEVER! I'm against death penalty. why do you need to impose death penalty when in fact just bringing these criminals behind bars is considered punishment!
They are still humans! They might be evil outside bars due to some reason we cannot afford to understand but that doesn't mean they don't have the right to live and repent their sins. Maybe after realization they can change their traits, their views - their life! He may deserve to be in prison but no one can ever say that "he's a criminal, he should die!" coz if that's the case many have died allover the world.
