      No, the pills do not work, and yes in some cases they are dangerous depending on the supplier. Many pills are contaminated with shit (literally).

                                  Not known really... some report yes, others report no. There is some science behind why it *would* work... a lot more validity than pills though. I wouldn't expect any miracles from it though.

                                          Pills dont work on their own, they may have temporary effects of making your erections harder and therefore your penis a bit larger but their main role in enlargement is as a supplement to methods that do provide enlargement.

                                          Exercises like the jelqing do work and extenders are clinically proven both to lengthen and thicken the penis as well as straighten out curvatures.
