easy.. to gain... wake up at 2:30 am every morning and take a handfull of amino acids then eat chicken and rice then go back to sleep... in the 3rd trimester of sleep your body releases a chemicle and stops you from growing.. when you take the amino's late at night then go back to sleep you stop that function and you will gain... I did 27lbs of muscle in 6 months that way it's like juice but not
