I'm wondering how this will look to the other girls in his stable? Maybe the others don't have a similar arrangement, I really have no idea. If they did though, I could definitely see how their eyes would start to wander.
I totally understand wanting to spend more time with the family. Does he have any/many employees? Finding good people is tough.
