Its almost impossible to listen to them now because their old songs were so MUCH better.
Plus the new base player makes me throw up. Runs around like an idiot. I miss Jason.

There are a few ok tracks, but it sounds mostly rehashed and repetitive. Some songs are way too long. Kirk Hammett's solos sound out-of-place and could be dropped into any song. He's been phoning it in for decades now. Sadly, this album is more proof that Metallica peaked in the 80s - with honorable mention to their more mainstream Black album in 91.

I've never felt the solos covered the chord changes I think the rythes are very tight
