Mexico is the number one (numero uno!) country where you can send all your technology (specially telecommunication devices... say, cellphones) to BETA test by the mexican community... This in order to see the (usually adverse) effects of new hardware technology on humans before using it safely in your own country.

I guess someone has to be the middle man.
