I bought the house for 65k a few months back from an elderly widow on her death bed ( true story) her and her husband lived in the house for 40 years and he was disabled for 15 of those so the home is vintage and I bought just to shoot content ( and sell after the market decides to make up its mind ) 3 bedrooms of vintage funiture etc etc
