I think you'd be better off trying a "straight shooter" approach, rather than the give-them-a-line-of-bullshit approach you've taken so far. Start by removing that bullshit clause from the TOS.

No, the "promo" ain't over. They will still gladly take your traffic - as far as paying for it... don't count on it ;) That's how the "promo" works

Exactly. But most interesting part is that you have no chance to verify whether your traffic was productive or not. Your only option is to trust Wizzo

Anyone could be easily terminated on their sole discretion. Very convenient way to make some good money out of those naive webmasters! ;)
