No, seriously now, it isn't that big of a problem (no pun intended) there are so many alternatives and toys...just improvise. And don't feel inferior because of it, it doesn't make you less of a man. If this was a valid means of judging a person we would all be lead by idiots who couldn't count to 40 if their lives depended on it.
