1) Even though I had pay sites I was more focused on sending traffic to the General, Scott PB, Ron Levi and a few others. Why the fuck when I knew how to convert traffic didnt I just send the traffic to my sites.
2) Entering into niches that dont turn me on. Fucking big mistake. If you cant wank over your site dont launch it.I have lost so much on gay sites it is unreal.
3) DMR 2000. I was told by Ynot Bob who is the god of knowing when a processor is going to go down and I ignored him. He told me about Ibill and Globill as well.
4) Punching out a well known affiliate manager at one of the only shows I have been to. It felt great at the time but then the guy set up his own program and I really wanted to send traffic to it. He has awesome sites. I want to send traffic but I am not sure if he has forgiven me.
Greatest things that I have done that people think suck:
1) Posted tgp galleries with 99 pictures in each with banners every 3rd row. Did it once, then realised it sucked.
2) Made hundreds of strange galleries to try to find out what converts the best. Then found out the best design ever after being laughed at by everyone.
3) Had sex with loads of pornstars on Ifriends and only got $2 per minute.
