That type of business should be runned from a commercial district, not a residential area .... gay or not.
This operation must cause some " traffic " : people coming and going ( the performers, their pimps, boyfriends ...
I wouldn't like to have a business operator on my street .... At one point, I had a landscaper as neighboor .. one truck, then 2, then 3 ... one employee, then 2 , then ... in / out ... I complained and they got to close down or move.
