25 is too big a number to be under for most people (for me, that would suggest I would be 140 pounds or so... if I did that I would be about the same build as Nicole Richie). 25 over is pretty easy for most guys, as we can get away with it more than girls can - I spent much of my life 20 - 25 over (but not anymore).
Under I think would be much less healthy.
