Hmm.. I don't get a popup in IE or FF, and there isn't any popup code in the HTML.. the only JavaScript is that of the counters, so perhaps your counter service is popping up a window a percentage of the time..

Also, you may want to put more content on the page as spider food for Search Engines..
You should also think about using TITLE="" options in your A link tags, and ALT="" in your IMG tags.
