Got major dental surgery today, a tooth removed and 4 roots from a tooth that cracked off 100 yrs ago ( I hate going to the dentist). They were side by side,I had a infection so he gave me a antibiotic and vicodin for the pain. My question does vicodin's pain killing get better with each dosage? I took my first at 1230pm took the edge off alittle then took it again at 430pm and I feel much much better.

Yeah, it does for me anyways. My Dr. gave me this other pill to take with it so it prolongs it too. I have a herniated disk that I have to have surgery on, so I understand pain.Anyone wanna sig spot.......cheap????Comment

the more vic's you take, the more your body gets used to them, then stronger doses will be required

Ya, at that point I would recommend taking a vicodin with a six pack. That will cure what ails you.

I have huge problems with my teeth and spend a lot of time in the dentists office.
My dentist kept me stocked with vicodin, which I honestly only used when I was in pain - or going to the dentist.
