Govt. does a better job running huge organizations, they do it more efficiently and cheaper than private enterprise in just about EVERY case. You can find anecdotal evidence to the contrary, as you can in every situation, but that's a FACT.

While in principle I agree with what you are saying, look at what Margret Thatcher did in the UK during here rein. I guess they didn't discuss that in PolSci 101 there. It all comes down to how it is all set up, either system could work as well or better than the other.
