The ones that have too much time cook these big dinners every night and then force their kids to finish it all even if they say they are full. At my son's school, even if you lived near the school they didn't want you walking there. Absurd. I seriously walked at least 2 miles each way to school and back. I loved it. Granted I wouldn't send a daughter down the little paths I took back then, but there is SO little exercise in the school systems any more. My son was always in prime physical shape and ate horribly - but he also played sports outside of school. And had a wicked metabolism!Comment

actually i remember it snowing when i was growing up "down south". We took out sneakers and wraped them in plastic bread bags put elastic bands around them. then we moved to RI and it was back to 4 seasons.
