This contest is pretty much not possible to be fair.. mostly because there are at least 3-4 people, or could be the same person with different names, who can / are it seems using an program/script that they made to post a pre-made reply exactly once the time hits the hour on that site you listed..
So anyway, no reason for anyone to partake in the thread.. The server will go to someone who programs/who has already programmed an automatic on-the-hour post bot.
