Not too shabby The right side looks rather bare, perhaps you could fill it with a little blog, thumbs, etc.

I would add more of a difference in your section headings (the dates) so that they stick out.. perhaps a larger font, or a graphical heading?

Add a bookmark script -- don't just tell your visitors to bookmark, make it easy for them to do so. You can snag the bookmark code off any of the sites I've designed and modify it for your own use.. see: http://www.hctgp.com/main.shtml inbetween HEAD /HEAD tags there's the bookmark script, then you just link to HREF="javascript:bookmarksite();"

If you're going to feather the borders of your logo, make the white fades a bit larger.. looks sort of choppy
