Epassporte suppport - no response ?
Hello,
anyone had to wait for Epass support for more than 1 week?
I was charged twice for the same thing on my card , while shopping online. I contacted them through message center, then I left a message on their call center.. NO response.
I think 2-4 days is reasonable, but 8 days is out of questions. Do you have any internal epass contact ?
