    total newb question

    So one of my websites seems to be down that i use to host all my banners on other pages but I can view the images via proxy surf sites. Does this mean my isp is blocking the site?

                      I would but the images are outputted by a script im using that needs to be on a normal webhost.

                              Possibly it is hotlink protection... it is working via the referrer field and using proxies is stripping that field.

                                          most likely routing, I don't think your ISP is blocking anything.
