You "said it all" in the thread before you even had my contact info.
I didn't reply to your messages because I never got them. Someone else was kind enough to give me your ICQ, and I tried to hit you up twice but you never responded.
Half the information you have on this user's account is wrong, so you can't can't claim to know the whole story any more then I can. If she asked to remove her account sometime in the past and it fell through the cracks then I apologize, but obviously someone contacted customer service about it yesterday and it was resolved for them.
The fact is this issue was resolved because someone contacted or customer service- the first step in the correct way to handle any issue a customer has with a business. Customer service didn't receive a link to a thread on GFY. We found out about it because someone outside the company was kind enough to give me a heads up this morning via ICQ- by which time the issue was already resolved.
