The profile is gone. I can't delete the record because she paid with a credit card, but none of her information is visible to others, so I'm not sure I see where there is still a problem?

We are good at what we do. We require users to send an email to remove the profile because it's an adult dating site. It's not out of the ordinary for another party to try to remove someone else's profile.

you are correct, i did want drama since your company acted shady from the get go and did not remove her profile when she requested it to be.
she sent lisa all the info she needed to 2 years ago, was told the profile would be removed within 90 days (why do long???) and it never was. then the login info was changed so she was unable to edit it
how would you feel if a dating site was using your old profile you wanted removed, then locked you out of your account and kept it live?
its funny how i was able to have it removed in less than 24 hours since i posted this thread. it seems that gfy gets faster results than icq's or emails
and i wont answer your icq's b/c there is nothing i need to say to you that i haven't posted here. I tried to contact you yesterday and you responded today; thats too long in my book.
