You are comparing apples and oranges. The price points on those two cars aren't even close. A new GT3 will set you back $120k and very used late 90's Ferrari will be in that range. The Porsche will work well as a daily driver and on the track it will toast any ferrari in that price range. The cost of maintenance on the Porsche will be a small fraction of the Ferrari.
If you intend on driving the car go Porsche,if you planning on parking in front of a Starbucks the Ferrari.
