Go ahead an keep hating, but two years from now a lot of these domains you're shooting down at $200-$300 are going to look good at twice that price. Only thing is, the smart people are buying them now at this year's prices. It's like the Monopoly post above said, it's all about real estate and, believe it or not, decent internet real estate is finite.

I think there is still definitely a market. I am not sure when is best to sell. I have a pretty nice domain collection. No sex.com's but ones that are better than 95% of the ones posted on these forums.
Right now is too much of a buyers market and its why I am probably not going to sell.
