I did not see them attempt to appeal the walsh act.
I did not see them say much when they started inspecting anyways despite injunction, oh yeah they already could due to previous 2257 rules, they sort of just fell back on it to covery thy ass.
I did not see them attempt to alert or ask why hollywood is now exempt from these walsh act rules.
I could go on.
