California has very strict laws in regards to filing for a 501(C)(3) charitable corp, as they also have the most aggresive secondary filings required not by the Federal government, but to the state as well. The application process alone is just plain silly when considering the amount of work to get approved. If anyone cared enough, some answers could be found, moreso specifically if you are a donating party.
