    health freaks - colon cleansing

    i took this product a few years ago. some herbal thing with pills and powder drinks. you couldn't eat fried food or drink alcohol. the whole system took a week to take. felt a lot better after it and lost like 10 pounds. i took the biggest shits of my life
    anyone else take this stuff? what is the best one? i want to do it again.

                          colon cleansing is good for you. It should be done 3 times a year by every human. Because modern man eats shit basically he is full of shit and that is not normal. People need to realize that fast food is not food it is shit. Sorry for the rant
