If you were in her position, do you think you could possibly feel the same way she does?

I could make a bunch of money posting her pix (and probably ruin her career in the process). I have the legal rights to do so, but it's never going to happen. From a woman's perspective, I feel sorry for her in a way. But signing a contract is signing a contract, and business is business. The girl knew what she was doing. If she didn't think through it clearly, that is her own fault.

All you can really do in a situation like this (the model) is learn from your mistakes and move on. If she can regret her mistakes and get them to instantly poof, she would never learn. She's young and she probably thought she was having fun. It happens.

Then if sonofsam says he explained to julia what would happen to her photos and such then trust me he did. If it is not obvious enough already sonofsam is brutally honest with shit. Example, see this thread.

This thread is also not some surprise coming out thread. In case some of you have not been paying attention since he decided to make solo girl sites. He has been posting his issues, troubles, successes, and failures the entire time. It is not like he just suddenly came out and said "fuck her I got two years of updates, so take that bitch for making threats against me".

Now onto regrets by models. Anyone that has shot for any length or time will typically have models who had regrets.
Yes he "could" offer a buy out to the model which would be ok if his site was not built around that model, yet it is. Though even if he did, she would not pay it. If she had that kind of money in the first place odds are she would not of taken up adult modeling for cash.

Seems that some people can not get their minds around the fact that this is business. People often do stuff they would or could latter regret. Not sure why but some people seem to want our business to play by different rules since we deal in adult. See I am pretty damn sure everyone would be telling some person who went to vegas, got a line of credit and gambled their house, savings, and everything else away, tough luck you know what you were getting into when you signed the line of credit. No matter what regrets he may have or having to explain to their loved ones they are now broke and homeless. So why is it any different if you explain to a model these pictures will be viewable by everyone on the internet, here is your 400.00 per day for shooting them. She accepted the deal, knew the risks, and went ahead anyways.

Last little tidbit. Many shooters go out of their way trying to talk a model out of shooting just to be safe. Even then they still may or will end up with models who want out and want everything removed. It happened to me once and when I offered he a buy out (just money I paid her plus photography hourly rate) she balked and then called the cops. Cops ended up siezing all of the pictures and video's as evidence (she claimed she was not paid, and many other excuses). After a quick court case and mediation, I got back all of the content (model release held up just fine), and I also was awarded my counter suit (assorted damages + court and mediation costs). Mediation was also covered in the release. The big nail in her coffin was the recorded release signing and me explaining several times why she may not want to do this and how it will be out there forever.
